NOTICE id hereby given that the assessment roll for the Village of Pierceland for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the Office of the Assessor from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. and 1:00p.m.-4:00 p.m. on the following days:
Monday thru Thursday, April 10th to May11th, 2026
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed as the Assessment Notices have been sent out as required. Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her Assessment is required to file his or her notice of appeal, accompanied by a $200.00 fee, with:
