Water and Sewer
BILLING
Utilities are billed quarterly as follows:
- March 31 - for services from January 1 to March 31
- June 30 - for services from April 1 to June 30
- September 30 - for services from July 1 to September 30
- December 31 - for services from October 1 to December 31
RESIDENTIAL WATER RATE
- Minimum rate 0 - 9,000 gallons $111.00
- Over 9,000 gallons per quarter is billed at $15.00 per 1,000 gallons.
RESIDENTIAL SEWER RATE
- Residential - Flat rate of $57.00 per quarter.
WATER & SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE FEE
- Residential - $90.00 per quarter.
Garbage and Recycle
Garbage and Recycling Fee
This fee is billed quarterly with the water and sewer billing. The rate is $54.00 per quarter.

OPEN WEDNESDAYS AND SATURDAYS 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
Non taxpayers will be charged double the ratepayer fee.
